OCs coach many different positions. How extensive is his experience as a QB coach? I'd rather have an inexperienced RB corch, which is one of the lowest level corches on the team, than an inexperienced QB coach, which is a very important technical coaching position. ANY experienced college coach can coach RBs. The same is not true of the QB coaching position.
