Ray Ray.. its Official

Some of you immature males need to grow up. Seriously he is a kid I don't care if he made mistakes. Some of you posters act like you are so **** perfect. It's funny to throw dirt on someone who not only lost out on finishing up his career on a positive note.

Stop with the immature crap.. This is not scout or rivals. I thought I came over here for something different.

Might be time to rethink staying with the website.

I know I will get the immature comments about me not being wanted or I'm not #cane enough.. Lol grow up.. really
He actually is not a kid. I get tired of people making this excuse for student athletes. He is a legal adult and needs to start learning how to act like one. He made more than "some mistakes" and the severity of these mistakes are obviously nothing to scoff at, or he wouldn't have been kicked off the team. Instead of telling people to stop being immature (when they really aren't), why don't you stop coddling RRA and his type of attitude that has plagued our program for years.

Good riddance if you are rethinking staying here. Your type of attitude is what is wrong with society today.

He has made "some mistakes". How has he made more? What excuse for student athletes lol? We are the same as a regular student except we play sports. Not a single student loan will ever be paid ,No excuses made.

I'm not mad at him

Wish him good luck @ Alabama State

seriously he isn't a kid. he is a man that didn't have enough respect for his team, school, and teammates to keep his **** clean once he had been busted. fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. people need to realize the opportunity that these guys were given and they squandered it because they wanted to be immature and selfish. and no i'm not going to wish him luck!!! his decision affected and could possibly make infractions upon the school more severe. As fans we should all be about family and Ray armstrong wasn't about family he was about Ray armstrong.

He has repeatedly made mistakes since he has been here, some of which are obviously severe. The excuse that I'm referring to is calling student athletes "kids" as a way to rationalize and coddle their behavior.

He has shown he has no respect for his team, the coaches, or the university and its reputation on multiple occasions during his time here. If you want to spin that, be my guest.

Seriously, it's not that serious. It is a game played by KIDS in college. They worked hard enough, and where also athletically gifted enough to obtain a football scholarship. You are a SPECTATOR, put things into perspective.

What "repeated mistakes" has he made. Your making it seem as if he made more then two or three. What others has he made? Please tell me. Lol most student athletes are "kids" they are between 17-22 years old most of time. Granted I'm not a student athlete at Miami, however my coach and parents still see me as a kid/very young adult and I'm 20. It's not that serious. It's a game, FANS make it into more then that for some reason, and I never understood why. Your not the ones waking up to run at four-six in the morning, your not the ones who are going to have to deal with the wear and tear from the game on your body later on in life, etc..... You get to watch, just like I get to watch Miami football.

but it is that serious. its a game played by men because most are over 18 for one. they are given a chance at something and RRA chose to squander it. these men are affecting my team of which i am a spectator. a spectator that puts money into the school by being a multiple season ticket holder by buying countless articles of clothing etc. Mr Armstrong didn't give two ***** about me, a fan, that is part of what makes this school unique. you sound like a young immature person yourself that doesn't care whether your actions affect anyone else since you are condoning his behavior. since you obviously don't understand Miami's slogan is it's all about the U not it's all about ME which is what RRA was obviously living his life by.

Oh, that's right, you are the delusional poster who thinks "If you haven't done __________, you cannot criticize them" and got laughed out of the WEZ

Maybe these people around you still see you as a kid, because you act and think like one still. That doesn't make you a 20 year old kid. That just means you are an extremely immature adult.

BTW what are these "repeated mistakes". YOu seem very mad at someone who doesn't have anything to do with you.

I agree with TP... What mistakes has he continued to make? I mean now its coming out that the rumors of twitter wasnt even true... So what has he done besides the Shapiro crap where our coward AD(former AD) allowed this scum bag to have unlimited access to the team despite being warned by the head coach... RAy made some dumb mistakes with Sahpiro and with the girl but if he has been clean since then, its just an issue of his past coming back to hunt him... That being said, its just a game... The kid wasnt as bad as the fanbase made him... Suspensions last year set him back and its really sad he wont be able to redeem himself...

I really want to know what did he do? If the twitter rumors were a lie/untrue, what did he do?

Originally dealing with Shapiro, dinner incident, this incident.

Three mistakes that deal with the same issue = repeated mistakes

Is that clear enough for you?

i will never stop watching my canes. but RRA has put the team, i am a fan of, in further jeopardy. Hence not making my experience, as a fan, as good as it can be by watching the innocent players having to pay the price for his stupidity and selfish actions.

how about you answer why you are the staunch defender for RRA??? i think 90% of us FANS are really ****ed, as we should be, being we are the ones paying the money to see these players give their best{obviously RRA didn't understand that)

Two or three mistakes like I said. What others has he made? Who introduced him. To Shapiro in the first place? Who said it was ok? What is this incident you have so much knowledge of?

Exactly, you will never stop watching. That's your decision. It's also your decision to pay money to see the game. I don't care about RRA to be completely honest. He doesn't affect me in any way, shape, or form. He made a bad move, he has to pay for it. End of story. It's easy to place judgment looking from the outside in.

Here's the problem with RRA.

If his dismissal stems from the Shapiro Crap -then hasn't he served his suspension last year. Or did the NCAA uncover some more stuff and he was in fact LYING/NOT FORTHCOMING the first time, which led to his now dismissal...

or

Did he do something AGAIN that led to Golden/Shalala/AD to say enough is enough?

Either way - it shows his maturity still wasn't where it needed to be with Golden/UM

JC

So after reading all this, nobody seems to know what he actually did to get kicked off the team??
