supposedly it had nothing to do with the rumors circulating about the twitter interaction with a booster. Sources (not mine as i have none) are claiming that the decision was not made by Golden but rather by Shalala and Einchorst. Apparently, there was more to the originally Schapiro stuff that the NCAA found - hence, the dismissal from the team.

well that cant be good

Hate to say but..... If he wasn't smart enough to realize after he got in trouble for the Shapiro thing..... then got in trouble for the dinner thing with the girl. That they were watching him. Immaturity at its best! He isn't smart enough to grasp most things in life. The guy(lets face it a senior in college if far from a kid) has been given everything most of his life because he can play a sport and has the natural attributes to play NCAA football and most likely in the NFL. Sort of glad to see him go. Another entitled player out the door. The quicker the better!! Let the new guys that seem to actually care about being here get a shot and let them change the culture of what larry and randy have damaged.

If this is true. Where's all the 9-12 scholarships lost for Miami over a three year period people at? Lol. I can't be me mad at him though, he was a kid who tried to get as much as he could, when he could. Grown adults said it was ok and partially influenced it, and he went along. I don't see a problem.

Reading around the 'netz...I guess Miami has given him carte blanche to transfer anywhere he wants.

Methinks FCS level?

Agree that this may hurt depth wise, but it was time to move on. Let's see what D. Bush and K Rodgers can do at S.

Some of you immature males need to grow up. Seriously he is a kid I don't care if he made mistakes.

I'm not mad at him

Wish him good luck @ Alabama State
