Ray-Ray Armstrong to file injunction

Why would Ray Ray even want to come back? He knows he's not wanted and wouldn't get a fair shot most likely.

This is just a bad situation for everyone.

Says who? I haven't seen much hostility with the Ray Ray situation at all. I'm sure Golden would have a team meeting "if the NCAA was ok with it of course, wink, wink" and put him right back and make him play with the 3rd stringers for a bit. Maybe they knew this would be the procedure to take to cover their *** with the NCAA.

Ray Ray was about to breakout IMO. It would be nice to ease the other safeties in slowly with Ray Ray and VT as 1st stringers.

How is this not a bad situation? Ray Ray was kicked off the team by Golden for repeated dumbassery. Ray Ray had multiple opportunities to get his **** together and he didn't. Golden was fed up and gave him the boot. You think Ray Ray filing a lawsuit is gonna make Golden forget why he was given the boot? I don't.

Also, Ray Ray ready to break out? If I recall from the spring game he was still looking bad out there. What makes you think he was ready to break out?

Repeated dumbassery is missing summer workouts and the first 4 practices of fall. Who Ray Ray shacks up with and goes to dinner with one night is not the NCAA's business. What he did on the internet may have been stupid at the wrong time but he doesn't deserve to be kicked off the team for it Senior Season after he stuck with the team and didn't try to go pro like the other juniors who declared.

ummm....actually....

It's none of the NCAA's business who Ray Ray is dating. No, no it's not.

I don't care it does not effect scholarships and we are not going to be that good any way this year.

Inner city logic: No accountability, no responsibility and no consequences.

Excuse me but I was one of the people who stated Golden should have shown Seantrel the door for missing the start of summer workouts and the first 4 practices now. You guys are shellshocked because of the NCAA investigation right now. While posting something stupid on the interwebs about his involvement with his successful girlfriend right now may have been stupid it isn't dismissal worthy IMO. Like I keep saying, it isn't any of the NCAA's business who Ray Ray dates.

Let's see what the NCAA comes back with. If they find nothing was wrong then he should every right to play if Golden would take him back.

Continuing to do stuff and post pictures of him doing that stuff on social media when the coaches told him to stop is dumbassery. Best for both parties to move on.

Continuing to do stuff and posting pictures of that stuff? Again, who Ray Ray dates and what they do on those dates is not a violation. Dating somebody has nothing to do with benefits from Miami to gain a competitive advantage. The NCAA isn't god. It isn't best for both parties to move on when you're talking about kid being disenfranchised of his education and his senior year of football when he didn't violate NCAA rules. That's exactly what isn't supposed with the NCAA but they can't get anything right.

he has a valid point if the ncaa had nothing to do with it, its human nature to go out with a girl, so get this ncaa rule bull**** out the way and let him be a hurricane, if he still wants to be a hurricane after this, then i want him to be a hurricane to. go U

I'm wondering what happen to all the schools his father say they were in contact with and how he would be playing football somewhere this year. So basically the whole time he was tryna figure out how to get back into UM. There was a reason he was let go whether NCAA or team rules he was let go, and let's not act like the reason he was let go was because of a first offence, it was bound to happen whether by sacrificing him for the sake of sanctions or for just violating team rules. And wussup with all this hurting his draft stock talk, I wonder if he just wants to come back to play and finish his career or just come back to keep all the preseason hype and ride the U brand all the way to the league

wouldnt be ackward at all. . . .

In every interview the players say Ray Ray is someone they look up to. Golden let's the team vote and this team would take Ray Ray back gladly.

The NCAA is GD disgrace to CFB and student athletes in general. Can they do anything but turn everything they touch into ****?

You do understand how the justice system works, yes?

I'm fairly certain that this thing won't even get on the docket.

I think you are missing the point. He didnt get kicked off the team because he violated NCAA rules, he was kicked off for violating team rules. Two completely different things.

You guys keep harping it was team rules but that's complete BS. Golden said it was administrative and it wasn't his decision. We all know why Ray Ray was kicked off the team. Because the NCAA has an ongoing investigation and anything that may be perceived as looking bad even though it may not be will be held against them by the draconian NCAA dictators. Wouldn't want the public which has become nothing more than mob rule crying afoul even though it isn't.
