What I find interesting is Mario took a plan B last year before he got to Cam (poffen...whatever). I would have thought he'd do the same this year, considering the situation looks much more bleak. The QB room is exactly the same as it was last year at this time, potentially worse.

If it comes out he didn't have anything in the works and we whiff on QB...I don't know how he's not on the hot seat after 2025.

We beat Clemson and almost beat FSU with Emory. Miami can win 6 games next year with a bad QB and Fletcher/Lyle/o-line.

Devin Brown is good - it was a toss-up between him and McCord last year as to who was going to start and most criticized Day for choosing McCord (think he was right in hindsight after what McCord did this year) - not much tape on him, but he's capable

I live in Buckeye country and all my wife's friends are die-hards so I hear all random stuff. If it's Devin Brown or Emory, I'm taking Devin Brown - obviously, that's if we don't find a more proven option in the portal
