His family life has always been a big factor in his job choices. He took the Illinois analyst job because Beilema let him work from Madison and drive down a few days per week.

He’s a DB coach in Denver now. I’m not sure he wants the work life balance of being a college DC right now.

I’ll open up the wallet if Canes Connection has a Jim Leonhard fund.

Dawson was a just as predictable and 1D as Guidry. Cam papered over his flaws. Broyles Award is turning into a Kiss of Death. Mark my words, we retain one or both of these coordinators we will have a 6/7 win season. Emory and Poff aint bailing Dawson out. In fact, they'll do the opposite and accentuate his shortcomings.

I just want a guy who gets the team to play physical and understands what we are working with. If our guys can’t cover you don’t leave them on an island over and over and over. At the very worst you play zone and make college teams go on long sustained drives. Most can’t do that.

I first heard about him when he was with Cincinnati, he found and developed sauce gardner who is a top cb in the league now.

Also last year notre dame played ohio state cam hart who starts for the chargers now shut down marvin harrison jr

Plus benjamin morrison was good last year and this year but got hurt for the year and now they have a freshman leonard moore ballin . Idk if he’s ready to be a dc, we would have to interview but i think he’s one of if not the best db coach right now
