Dwins is my boy, but no one knows what PS2 is thinking right now.

True

Just going by how it feels and following this for years. I dont know **** and can be completely wrong but i lean on the i dont even expect him here....would be a surprise for me. Havent followed his recruitment as far as miami is concerned cuz it has banana in the tailpipe feel all over it

I think he’s coming here too. I won’t be disappointed if he don’t. LSU don’t even talk about the kid on their board. If we get Campbell, we get Surtain.

It's amazing how people living within an hour of Miami aren't aware of how beautiful it is.

The OV experience is something special and doing it with friends could be very moving. Add to that our
recent recruiting haul, player development under Richt's staff, Richt himself, familiarity with Rumph,
trend of our program, a high-quality private-school education, and proximity to moms and pops....

Not to mention the game day experience at the rock and playing on the same field his dad played on..

That's a lot to walk away from.

THE OB at night>LSU at night>The Rock at night.

The only time I've been to LSU it was night, pouring rain, and we beat them something like 45-3.

I was there that night too 1988 and it was 44-3 but if that’s what you’re using as a comparison you really have no clue what it’s like......

okay straw man, but what's your point and what does it have to do with my post?

Just saying LSU's home atmosphere is unbelievable, his dad is from Louisiana, and they have a solid track record of putting db's in the NFL. That's a lot to walk away from too.

His dad is from Louisiana and has the money to move back there at any time. Oddly enough, Pat has moved twice since the end of his NFL career and never moved out of Broward. I think the Surtains like South Florida.

Me too Wingz, I mean Sr. could've stayed in Greater Kansas City to coach HS football & raise his kids but...

Grew up a big canes fan and married an lsu grad...have been to night games at hard rock, the ob, and Death Valley...will take ob first...new hard rock second...tailgating in br is awesome but the stadium is not all it's cracked up to be.

Fun fact it used to be called deaf valley because of how loud it was and they later changed it. All I could picture was 80k deaf people making deaf noisies in there. Is that ****ed up?

I have no clue as to who Surtain will sign with in February. However, the fact that he didn't signed with LSU early and will be taken an official visit to The U with his teammates, is huge. Factor into the equation that said teammates are what many believe to be 3 Miami "heavy leans (one commit)", I think we are currently in a much better position than we have been at any point of his recruitment over the past 3 years.

I have a video of OP moments before he wrote this stupid ******* post
