I've followed recruiting for more then half my life and locks are very very rare. I like our chances here but the predictions now just aren't smart but I do believe he will have a hard time saying no to his boys and the allure here. Crossing my fingers here

If he were a lock he'd be committed already.

It's amazing how people living within an hour of Miami aren't aware of how beautiful it is.

The OV experience is something special and doing it with friends could be very moving. Add to that our
recent recruiting haul, player development under Richt's staff, Richt himself, familiarity with Rumph,
trend of our program, a high-quality private-school education, and proximity to moms and pops....

Not to mention the game day experience at the rock and playing on the same field his dad played on..

That's a lot to walk away from.

THE OB at night>LSU at night>The Rock at night.

Not confident he comes but we will find out. Always viewed Surtain Jr as a lock to lsu
See that’s great cause here I was thinking we would never find out, like there would be a blackout around any Miami fan and we would never know where he chose or that he played for anyone next year.

I feel better now. Solid analysis.

Don't forget to factor the tidbit about one of Patrick Surtain's cousins loving Pollo Tropical, slow
walks on the beach and watching sunsets.
I think if you reconcile those factors with a sensible handling of the Fibonacci Sequence, you will have your
Mathematical answer.

Lol that was my point I almost never call anybody a lock except guys like Blades so I'm **** sure not saying Pats a lock to LSU

The OB at night was often dead except for a few "big" games.
Let's not add revisionism to this Mathematical Thread.

Guess you never got the chills down your neck or goose bumps when "In The Air Tonight" started playing and you could feel the place literally start to shake for a FSU game.
