Maybe he’s guard in the NFL but in college Francis best position is at RT.You want the best 5 on the line regardless of position, and imo Francis’s best position in the NFL is probably guard.

took the words right out of my mouthHe’s getting paid too much to leave. Won’t make near that on the open market if I had to guess.
I figured he would have been gone a week ago likely to Colorado with his brotherHeard he was leaving. Budget killer… didn’t love his body language on the bench either
would be a blessing that frees ul big time capHeard he was leaving. Budget killer… didn’t love his body language on the bench either
What?Would love for him to beat out Bell at LT. Just doesn’t do it for me
I think when it comes to OL and NT/DT, you got a chance to sign a 5 star out of high school, you do it. Especially if they have the size and athletic traits that don’t come available too often.Yet another example of why it (oftentimes) doesn't pay to pony up large NIL deals for 17/18 year old high school kids. I'm curious to see what the data looks like after we have a 5 year sample size.
If you want them on the first half of their college career, I agree. I don't see too many freshmen and sophomore linemen making big impacts, hence my comments. Although I completely agree with what you're saying. I guess you beter be right if you're gonna pay a kid that kind of money.I think when it comes to OL and NT/DT, you got a chance to sign a 5 star out of high school, you do it. Agree on the large NIL deals for most every other position.
Question for @Rellyrell , does he count as a hit or miss if he transfers out and plays well at another P4 school? Because he'd stay at Miami in the pre-portal era.
Smart investment if he develops. A legit third year tackle are hard to find and we probably can’t afford.Yet another example of why it (oftentimes) doesn't pay to pony up large NIL deals for 17/18 year old high school kids. Sure. Big if.Smart investment if he develops. A legit third year tackle are hard to find and we probably can’t afford.
