Except that law school is not an undergraduate program.
Ummm... He's pre-law, will have automatically gotten into their Law school having taken all the prep classes.
Do you actually think any graduate can apply to their Law school & just get right in?
A "pre-law" track does nothing to get you ready for law school nor increases your chances of getting into law school. Pre-law usually consists of a bunch of philosophy, English, and poli. sci. classes, all of which have little to do with anything you do in law school. Implying that a pre-law track will automatically lead to his admission to Stanford's law school is 100% false and signals that you are absolutely clueless.
And no **** not just anyone can apply and get in (although law school admissions are hardly rigorous). Your LSAT and GPA get you into law school, whether it's at a T14 or a **** school, not "pre-law" tracks. He could go to Wyoming and his chances of getting into Stanford's law school is the same as if he would have went to Stanford.
Thus, the excuse of flipping to Stanford because he wants to go to law school there is complete horse ****. Just stop with the bull**** excuses and blatantly making things up (like this pre-law nonsense). I am a second year law student at Miami, so I would think I have a pretty good grip on this topic.
