Regardless of what you think of the job he's done, he gets a TON of credit from me for pulling up those over sized knickers of his and sticking this thing out.

He would have been well within his right to take any of those other jobs that came calling, thus leaving this program in a heap of doodoo.

different subject. Which is typical from idiots that think the NCAA didn't have a HUGE impact on the state of this team.

Question: Other than Skai(which FSU and UF also dropped the ball on), what other players are balling for other schools that this staff didn't offer?

If it really hampered him, and he wanted to move on from it and not use it as an excuse, he'd shut the **** up about it and move on.

Do you know what Golden's supposed strength is? This whole staff? Do you even know what recruiting is about? I mean do most idiots not get that changing kids minds and keeping them home is his job?

And we as Cane fans are suppose to except that because FSU/UF missed a kid that most idiots think that is alright? Really?

thats what that video seemed to lead to, that it had a big effect, but its done with and was a relief to the staff to not have to deal with it..

Hopefully we don't hear about it again, cause that'll mean we're finally winning some games.
 
2 things stuck out about that video:

1. If the team was so pumped about getting to play in a bowl, why didn't they show up?
2. Al HAS gotten FAT!!!

multiple factors. But, mainly because we **** all over ourselves in that bowl game.

Had we balled out vs UL, we would have maybe kept a couple of those lost commits, plus signed an additional 1-2

It didn't. We got all our commits done early and held on to most of them. Maybe the staff should have held back some commitments and released it on the week before signing day to appease all the soap-opera...er recruting gurus out there.
 
Golden really must like SFLA cuisine.

Has to have gained at least 20-30 pounds since he got here. Wow.
