Morris ranked 38th on NFL.com list of top 100 seniors

Same thing Mel Kiper says..... its just repeating whats already out there. It's bleacher report. c'mon son.

Regardless i'm done sticking up for Morris this was one of the worst QB performances i've ever seen from a UM QB....

but as far as draft goes, i'd still take him over Bridgewater when it's all said and done.

But like I said.... i am done w/ Morris until he proves it on the field.

morris sucks. cant wait for him to be gone so i dont have to see his name on here anymore. he is part of the reason we didnt perform as well as we should have

Whole lot of wrong in this thread, but no one's perfect. I think it's pretty obvious that those last four games to the 2012 season were an exception and not the rule with him.

Morris is gonna be way up there. I think he's about to go on a tear.

Not intelligent enough for long term success at the next level. He'll make some some bucks if he can break onto a practice squad.
He'll bounce around the league.

Clean kid off the field with a prize arm. Obviously lacking what it takes upstairs to be an NFL QB, but that arm will keep him banking NFL pay cheques for a while.

Everyone on Miami for the last 10 years is worthless.

Don't judge me, I am just trying to fit in!

I doubt he ever makes an NFL roster and if he does that GM should be put out of his misery.

Lol. Looks like you owe me an apology.

Best of luck Morris. Hopefully you go to a good situation to where you can learn to go through progressions, take what the defense gives, develop touch on the passes to short and mid range areas, and throw your receiver open.

He has a cannon for a right arm, decent size and wheels. He'll get a shot. He's gonna wow at the combine when he starts winging deep outs with ease.

Cannon for a arm, and a peanut for a brain. He better hope his OC in the league can trim the playbook down to 2 pages.

I think we will miss Morris next year... For the past 3 years, qb hasn't been our issue... Outside of a few games the qbs either gave us the lead or kept us in the game... Its unrealistic to expect a score on every drive and that's what our team has been reduced to... We're so insecure about our defense that we expect the offense to mask the deficiencies by scoring every drive...

Al Golden "coached and developed" Stephen Morris for how many years????

lol c'mon this is the pathetic thing about all of you Golden fan boys.... throw Morris under the bus, who is too blame for playing him while he was injured all season (Golden), and who is too blame for not developing him into a better QB? right Golden lol hmmmmmm let that sink in. smh

Personally, I don't think it will be pretty for Morris when NFL pass rushers are in his face on every play. I hope he gets drafted high though, but I don't think he will pan out.

I expect two trends to remain consistent: (1) Morris will look a lot better in the pros than he did in college; (2) Miami fans will retroactively praise him when they're ****ed at the current quarterback.

It really frustrates me how underappreciated Morris was. Easily the best Miami QB since Dorsey. The offensive playcalling this year really didn't do him any favors with all the short, horizontal passing. I'm expecting his draft stock to start moving back up at the Senior Bowl (which he has accepted an invite to) when he's playing in a Pro style offense again.
