they got like 28 kids four stars all over the place looks and sounds good, almost all those players would be 3* if they were in florida our 3* guys are better than most 4 5* from the northern states thats why they are after them. the most speed comes from florida lousiana and califonia, not maryland.

I was upset to see this and then I took some time to think. He was absolutely committing to us tomorrow. Maryland knew that. They planned on coming in tonight wth one last pitch. The kid didn't want to flat out say no, and he said he will give it thought. He knows Brown comes by tomorrow. He will talk it over with him again and wrap it up on NSD.
ONCE AGAIN, Richt has the last word and his planning was masterful.

Yep - this is exactly what happened. Hopefully Brown rents a hotel and stays in Maryland until Feb 1st. They can go on bike rides together, catch a midnight movie, watch YouTube videos together - just don't let that kid out of your sight.

LOL at "local pressure." We're talking Maryland football here. They've been losing their local guys forever. They lost their number one recruit last year on a last minute flip to Ohio Taint after he was the glue of their recruiting class.

All this chess **** and "recruiting ain't for the weak" tough guy **** is played out. He postponed what was clearly a UM announcement at the last minute right after a visit from Maryland. What's the spin where that's a good thing for us?

I'm not going to take off my hoodie for ya'll ninjas, but I wanna put you in the mind of a recruit:
One of my homies wind up going out of state to play college ball. His mind was all made up, but the home team showed him love at the 11th hour. The neighborhood was on him, they threw family at him...at the end of the day, he choose his school, but the home team put a lot of pressure to stay back, and he contemplated.
Choosing a college for a kid who's obviously not a front runner in McFarland is real tough...especially when the home school is in your ear making you think about another avenue. At the end, though, I think he'll pick Miami b/c of Brown. Their relationship is too tight right now, and he's already talking to the GOAT Ray Lewis. I think Maryland had him thinking, but Brown will bring him and his family back to realization of where his new home will be. He'll be a Cane, and I can see that w the hoodie firmly over the eyes.
