McFarland sets announcement date.

Genuinely, who is the backup plan if Brown gets the vibe he's all Maryland tomorrow?

If he has been a Miami lean for months, then I doubt after 1 visit he would change his mind.

Tomorrow, Brown better quell any fears he has about leaving home tho.

No offense but if that team ever really becomes something I will be on social security...and that is a long time...

Seems like that Trud recruiter and coach put out the emotional pitch. I do not know much about McFarland but it must have resonated with him and possibly his parents.

Why would it offend me? I'm not saying nice things about them. They are the biggest surprise in recruiting this year.

Him pushing back his announcement isn't a great thing, but it also doesn't mean he's gone.

Nothing else to it.

relax guys i was looking for signing day i was wondering why he chose wednesday to do it, if its this close why not make a splash you only have one day to do it and if we got him, we got him, and if we don'
t get him we dont get him. but i believe we get him on signing day, sleeper.
 
I still think he's coming here and wouldn't be surprised if our staff truly just wants him to commit with like 5 other guys on NSD for the media attention. But when recruits do this type of **** I just see them as entitled little Aholes.

Maryland is an amazing place yo be. But the football has been horrible forever. The stadium sucks and so do the fans. It is all hoops.

I am an alumnus and would never recommend any top flight recruit go there. I couldn't even understand how they are in the same sentence with the U when it comes to football.

I laughed when I read it between the U and MD.

I'm not saying it's a chess and checkers thing but Brown has had this visit scheduled in advance for a very good reason.
 
When is our visit with him and who's going to do it? Every page on this thread has a different day and coach.

That is the first thing i thought of when this change of plan was announced tonight. Just hope we're the ones playing chess.
