The issue is that we aren’t in the minds of the kids being recruited.
In your opinion, is that a reflection of the kids or the staff?
On the one hand, the recruits are teenagers and there is always some indecision with teens. On the other hand, it's the staff's business and livelihood to know their minds, and the staff seemed better suited to the task last year.
