Some of there young cats aren't living up to the hype. Stingley will opt out for next year. Kardell Thomas has been there 2 years now and has zero significant snaps.. I'm telling everyone this is gonna get interesting. I doubt we get him though, but I like to see LSU sweat. They shouldn't win **** for another 10 or so years.

LSU falling apart would be a great thing for college football.

We need for as many SEC teams to crumble as possible, that's only way recruiting is ever gonna have some semblance of fairness. The SEC gets to hoard all the elite recruits & everybody else has to scramble for scraps, that shît is killing college football.

We need for Eddy O to go down in flames & for Nicky Satan to retire, Kirby Dumbass will take himself out by being a coach that can never get over the hump, but college football needs cataclysm to happen to the SEConfederacy to make more parity in the sport & make the game more compelling for viewership.

We talked about this in a previous thread but 100%. Those that don’t think this will eventually hurt the product/viewership are being shortsighted. 3-4 schools in southern states competing isn’t enough to carry this sport. In the 90s, you felt that there were a good 12-15 teams that can make a run in a given year. Now it’s the same show and the years are starting to blend into each other.

I don't have that much of a problem with Clemson & Oklahoma getting some elite prospects, they're really not as egregious as the Bama's & UGA's etc of the world, they get their fair share of top prospects but they're not really that greedy.

The only thing that bugs me about OH St is they strictly recruit OOS for their DB's.

But Bama & UGA are really the worst of the worst, they ruin recruiting with the way they suffocate college football with their blatant cheating. The playing field just needs to be evened to make it fun again on the recruiting trail.

That’s really what gets me and bugs me the most is how absolutely blatant the Bamas and UGAs of the world are about it. Nothing is going to happen because they are cash cows for the NCAA but it doesn’t make it any less frustrating as we see it happening.

It’s reminding me of what was being said about us during the investigation announcement and the resulting bleeding of sofla prospects.
Them losing Mason Smith to Miami on NSD is equivalent and probably greater of a loss then Amari Cooper choosing Bama when he was a alleged silent to us.

If LSU is really on the brink of collapse and we get their top in state prospect and turn him into a day one pick it would be a huge shift in recruiting perception and reach.

If I’m not mistaken I think it was elias ricks that dee hinted wanted to come to Miami as a package with Kelee Ringo at one point? Might be talking out my butt rn, but I would love it if we took a shot at him if he enters the portal.

I don’t know if I buy him coming but if it’s really only LSU in the race I can’t see him thinking that’s a good spot right now?!? We’re hot and they’re not so maybe this crazy year ends with a bang for us.

Would love to have him in Miami and team him with LT but kinda crazy to say LSU is a bad spot...they just won the national championship last year...Miami is still struggling to win their side each year. Seems like a longshot but you never know
