Chad Thomas looked up to Matt Thomas and happens to be an elite player at a position we desperately need.

There's a recruiting board thread touching on it. Obviously this helps our case with Chad.

Chad was leaning to UM even before this MT stuff Ice even hinted at that in Pete's interview. FSU was running third for him. LSU is the team Miami has to worry about with him. I think Patten and Chad Thomas pick UM..

Hopefully this does not turn into some trend where players sign with one school, then decide to go somewhere else. It's great to see FSU suffer, but I don't like these entitled HS players who think they can do whatever.

I know right? The only time he'll have any leverage as a football player until his first FA deal in the NFL and he is out here using it. Terrible. Every time I see a kid trying to make the best decision for himself I just want to puke. "I'm going to spend the next 3 or 4 years playing a sport that could lead to nagging injuries for the rest of my life, so I at least want it to be at a place I feel most comfortable." Lulz here. The only thing FSU didn't do to try to stick it to our coaching staff was hire Nash & Hall to come out and spraypaint FSU on our hats during the Thomas announcement.
