Collins pushed himself out. His has to be one of the most wishy washy commitments we've had. He was obviously using us as a place holder waiting on the Gators. They deserve each other. Sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for.

We had Al Blades Jr, Gil Frierson, DJ Ivey all committed at CB & were after the AH duo Surtain & Campbell.

We didn't pursue heavy because we had higher targets we were after & because he wasn't at Paradise, back then Richt wanted kids to participate in our camps & show that they were fully on board before we would go after them, but in Divaad's case he never got an invite.

We wound up signing Nigel Bethel for our final CB spot because we missed on the AH boys & were late in recruiting Asante Jr. Divaad just wasn't in the equation because we already had 3 Corners & only wanted certain guys at that 4th spot.

If I’m not mistaken, I remember @gogeta4 being a huge fan of Divad Wilson’s during that recruiting cycle, and he couldn’t believe that we didn’t offer. I could be wrong.

@gogeta is one of the best and most knowledgeable posters on this site, and I respect his opinion when it comes to scouting talent.

If J Brooks flips from bama then the takeover is officially underway. I’m sure Saban is praying that he moves to Bradenton ASAP if he hasn’t done so already.
