1.) Like many have already said, I doubt he would take this job if he would have to answer to Manny.
2.) But if I am wrong and that is the case, then I rather him just not even take the job. What's the point? It could be a potential disaster if everything has to go through/by Mandy.

Why does this make us better?

We don't know if it makes us better, we're just hoping he's going to be in a position to oversee all Football activities.

The point is to keep Mangina James & the rest of the laissez-faire flunkies within the administration away from the Football program.

If they move out of the way & let someone who actually cares about & knows Football it could be a step in the right direction to dig ourselves out of the current graveyard we're in.

It's been official for over a week at this point. Theyve just been waiting for the nfl season to end. He will complete control over the football program and all decisions regarding football will go through him not flake anymore. Manny will report directly to highsmith. Any staff move will be made with highsmiths approval only so no more enos or stubbledick hires with him in charge
