I want him on staff if only so he can inform those kids of the level of preparation that PRECEDES this level of confidence. His experience in talent evaluation will be huge.

It’s a step in the right direction for sure, but there’s still huge issues with our recruiting and just the overall culture of our program. Hiring highsmith is not going to solve the problem of our team going through the motions once we lose a game to UF or FSU and going on multiple game losing streaks for example
Correct. It doesn’t solve anything. But, it’s the start of getting leadership in place. I’ve said for years and years that our problem is a complete lack of leadership at all levels. Alonzo moves the needle significantly on fixing that.

It's been official for over a week at this point. Theyve just been waiting for the nfl season to end. He will complete control over the football program and all decisions regarding football will go through him not flake anymore. Manny will report directly to highsmith. Any staff move will be made with highsmiths approval only so no more enos or stubbledick hires with him in charge

oh no, don't do this. JUUUUST DONT!!

Teasing me like this would be cruel...

But let ALL this be true!!1

Blake James may think he driving the train like Zo work for him. Man been waiting for a shot to run things I don't see him reporting to James.

More spoons in the soup unless James is saying there’s the football program down the hall. It’s your baby now. And Zo better say “if you fck with me or question anything I do I’m punching you in your veneers. Then I’m going to your house and making you watch.
