I’ll never forget that staff. It was ******* insane. Which I feel tells you something about what other coaches think about his abilities. Those guys don’t sign up to work for a clown.

Agree and that year at Tennessee he took bama to the edge and should have won the game if it wasn’t for that ****** Cody blocking that extra point of field goal. Can’t remember which one it was but point is that’s the last time Tennessee was right there with a chance to beat saban/bama. Lane would kill
It here in Miami with maybe the easiest path to the CFP aside from the pac 12.
 
Ja’Wuan James (1st round OT by the Dolphins) I have spent some time with as he was a customer of mine. He’s from Georgia, had offers from absolutely everyone. He went to Tennessee and when I asked why over Bama, Georgia, LSU, Etc., he said there was only one reason and it was Lane Kiffin. He “just wanted to play for him”.

Regarding Lane and the D, if we do bring him in, I would be shocked if the AD (or whoever is in charge of football) didn't stipulate that they want to pay good money for someone to be in charge of the D, so he can just focus on putting up historic, offensive numbers.

Kiffin will leave Miami in the dust for a better job in a heartbeat. Please.

Funny how the Lake Kiffin crowd loves to trash Mario's run at FIU—but won't bring up Kiffin's run at USC, Tennessee, Oakland or fact that his best days were calling plays on Saban's staff with top flight talent.

What better job is going up open? Alabama? Clemson? Ohio State? Cincinnati? LSU? Already open. Oregon? If it does it's because of us. NFL? If they did it's cause we're fing winning. I'll take 2-3 years of winning instead of 7-6 seasons with a loss in the Sun Bowl for another 15 years.
