I know you hear that phrase all the time, but clearly you are incapable.

You can't comprehend the differential between EQUATING certain things (which I am not doing) and a consideration and comparison of what the REACTIONS to those two events would be.
 
of course this is racist ( im white) ... only thing i can think of is they dont know who emmit till was and the disgusting events that happened to him.

the problem may be that you think racism can happen "from anyone towards anyone".
this would indicate that you don't really understand what racism is.

I would suggest learning more about it. Read more black authors, economists, journalists, etc.
Once you end up at the proper conclusion, that in the context of the USA, racism only goes in one direction, you'll get less tired about "fake racism." In fact, you'll probably laugh at how ridiculous that phrase is

I don’t. I said it was legal to be racist. It’s also legal to be a lot of things.
However, kids have been kicked out of schools for less than what these kids did.

Really, so you are telling me that if a black man attacks a white man purely because of his color that is not racism? Or if an Indian man attacks a Peruvian just because he is Peruvian that is not racism?

Racism happens all the time and it is not just a white mans' sin..it is on ALL of us.

You say that, but provide no support. And maybe schools have violated the law previously. That doesn’t provide an explanation of whether there was a lawful basis for the school to take action against these kids.

What is the purpose of imagining a situation, imaging the reaction to it, then asserting your imaginary reaction is comparable to something else?

What I'm telling you is that you don't understand what racism is and that's what might be contributing to your frustration.

For one, Indian and Peruvian are not races. Prejudice is just one piece of the puzzle.

Read about it or continue to be ****ed off about it.

What race are Indians? They ain’t yellow, white or black, or mixed, or semitic.
