JSmith blank check

Cook single handedly beat UF & UM all 3 years he was at FSwho

You could make the case with JJ with Ward at QB we might of made it to the national championship game.

No one else should be mentioned with those two imo.

i am convinced a significant majority of porsters on here grew up on video games which cause them to misperceive reality and have addled brains.

EDITED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: the chance of my starting as the OSU quarterback next August is greater than the chance of JSmith transferring to Miami.

bets anyone?
I'm convinced the majority of porsters that comment like you just did have never participated in the business world.

i live in the business world and i do deals in the business world. i also know that I cannot buy Google and neither can you. JSmith will not be here next year.

JSmith made $1M last year, hence the reason I said start at $2M and go higher until he can't say no.

Even someone worth $100M would move for $5M vs $1M let alone a 20 year old kid worth a few hundred thousand.

How much does the fact he has to give up his NIL rights to a Big 10 school in August if the rev share is ratified potentially factor in? It might be a fringe factor but it’s not “nothing…”

Good thought but I'm guessing OSU is NOT one of the teams that is using the B10 provided boiler plate MOU.

OSU actually subcontracts out administration of their NIL program to William Morris Endeavor.

J. Smith will explore the market b/c it's good business.

[]__[] will pursue aggressively b/c it's good business.

J. Smith will ultimately play wherever he wants to play b/c he can.

It's far easier to say "he aint comin" but OP is right. At the very least you make him say no. We're not some random school that wants him. This is the generational player from down the street. If I was in Miami's football leadership I wouldn't be ok with assuming it and would have to hear it emphatically.

You do whatever you can to not let the Andre Johnson, Sean Taylor type talent from Miami say over NBC Sunday Night Football airwaves, "Jeremiah Smith...THE O.."
He gave em an emphatic NO already n ppl assume that kids want to play here cause their from Miami, whatever we realistically offer him OSU would match anyway, we just watched them win a natty with possibly the most expensive roster ever in cfb. It could just be that he just doesnt care about playing for the U like that.
