Lashlee brought in two people with that being Justice and Likens. As I said the OC will most likely brings in two people at most.
Who IS this OC that you speak of? Inquiring minds want to know ... as well as every freaking offensive recruit that has been contacted by Miami.

I was speaking in general. I have no inside info of what’s going on with Miami.

Again, dope-boy, I already acknowledged that ticket sales and actual butts-in-seats attendance can be different numbers.

Is there ANY DOUBT that the North Carolina number is more "actual attendance" than "ticket sales"?

And even for Pitt, part of the ticket sale numbers would involve SINGLE-GAME sales. Unless you think that 100% of single-game sales happen months in advance. It was Thanksgiving Weekend, people knew the date during the summer, and a chunk of those sales were week-of and walk-up.

Oh, but you're going to try to criticize me AND THEN YOU GO AND CITE STUBHUB PRICES?! Further proof that you are a fact-free joke of a porster.

Again, your FALSE argument was that ticket-sales continued to "crater" all season, which I disproved with the F$U sellout (second to last game) and Thanksgiving weekend (last) game that was comparable to nearly every other Thanksgiving weekend game we've ever hosted. I realize that, you know, FACTS are not exactly helping you with your FALSE argument (which you shifted to "attendance" once I humiliated you), but you're unlikely to change your FALSE argument at this late date, you are probably just going to double-down.

Doesn't matter. You're still wrong. No matter how much "scientific research" you base on things like StubHub prices and "the eye test".
You're making my point for me and you don't even realize it:

Ticket sales substantially increased during pre-season due to the hype and that is what drove the overall season numbers. I personally doubt that week of or walk up sales made a significant dent because on the later half of the season the butts in seats went down. And that is consistent with how Miami teams have done over the last 5 -10 years. That is not good enough for the amount of $ that this staff is being paid and the amount of $ the university is investing into the football program. We can't be comparable to previous Miami teams with the amount of $ being invested. You want facts, here are the facts:

2022 FSU: 66200
2020 FSU (Covid): 12806
2018 FSU: 65490
2016 FSU: 65685
2014 FSU: 76530

Fsu games always draw a lot of ppl, regardless of who's the coach because there is a large fsu contingent that comes down.

You keep using the word cratered as if you've got one on me. If you can't admit that attendance went down because our performance was lackluster you've got issues man. For everyone of those games i could pull up a picture of when the stadium was most full and for the bulk of them most ppl would estimate a much lower number. The posted numbers are not reliable and have been widely known to be inflated for quite some time. And if you're not willing to interpolate that ticket sales and attendance will be impacted dramatically next year unless major changes happen then you're living in fantasy land.

Also if you think that ticket prices don't measure the attractiveness of a team... again I can't help you. That is another data point that shows how unattractive this season was to the fan base. My man we both LOVE this team and i really appreciate your enthusiasm but we have to call a spade a spade. This team needs major changes - and it is more than fair to criticize Mario for the job he's done so far - I really don't understand how that is debatable.

If you're really standing by your hypothesis lets take a look at the season tix sold when they announce next year. If Mario makes changes the fan base perceives as positive I think you'll see a consistent number with this year. If Mario does not make changes or hires someone with a similar offensive scheme as Gattis then you'll see a sharp decrease in tickets sold - And that's what I would like to avoid.

Bloviation and goalpost-moving are not winning arguments for you.

Nor is your recent disowning of the word "cratering". I only used it because you did.

Nice misdirect on the F$U game. I never claimed it was not popular. I pointed out that it was the second-to-last game on the schedule and was a sellout, which does not match your false narrative about attendance dropping all season long.

But, yeah, continue to go on and on and on with your false narrative. Don't care, you're still wrong.

Two of the biggest (and last) games of the season had pretty **** good attendance, given our terrible W-L record and Thanksgiving weekend trends.

But, yeah..."Stubhub"...you're a fraud.

I've been cordial to you and you've been name calling me throughout the entire debate. You know what the tell-tell sign that someone has lost an argument is - when they resort to name calling instead of debating based on the merits of their argument.

I even presented a way to validate early next year to see if tix sales are impacted and you continue to use words like dopey and fraud instead of having a healthy debate. It's clear to me that you're not interested in debating but rather attacking other posters who don't share your opinion.

Suuuuure, that's it. You've been "cordial". You get all snotty when I point out that your "ticket sales" comment was wrong from the jump. Then you sneer at the factual evidence I provide and choose to go with "StubHub prices" as your primary argument.

You're a FRAUD because you are spinning a false narrative with no actual evidence, and you've been given multiple opportunities to back off of your false assertions, yet you keep doubling down.

Can you take a selfie of your actual tears, because I don't think you are actually upset over such biting terms as "dopey" and "fraud", even though "fraud" is not name-calling, it's just a reflection of the bogus nature of your false-narrative posts.

This gonna be the longest thread page wise with the least Amount of posts in CIS history….2 white pages per page three at the most.

Gonna take some serious reading here if you want to keep up with this one folks…😜

Yeah I haven’t had time to keep up with this thread. Can someone pls tell me if Gattis is still getting canned and how long he’ll be here for.

Seems like there’s already been a lot of movement from other places

I’m glad the last few pages have been new info on Gattis and not porsters yelling at each other.

They are still trying to figure out if Gattis caused a season ending attendance dive or not….as soon as that’s done we will get back to regularly scheduled programing so stay tuned…

A friend of mine couldn't even give away two club seat tickets for the Pitt game if that is any indication of how strong the demand was.
