Wish UM had a law school . . . we seem to have a real problem with our coaching staff contracts. Ho Li Crap!

They got some real slicks in Louisiana - some things are just counter-intuitive.

Did we get rid of UM Law since I graduated from it? Strange...

But, yes, we need to do better with our contracts (see, generally, Arkansas State game contract).

I disagree. But maybe I'm looking in the wrong direction . . .

We can find the sorry-est, most half-azzed coaches in the history of football - with no trouble, no stress. #1 !!!!!!

If there were trophies - we'd have to build another structure just to hold our 20-year collection.

Instead of expanding the UM Hall of Fame, we need to build a multi storey structure for the UM Hall of Ineptitude and Stupidity..... the Hecht administration for sure can learn more from that.

Call me crazy, but I would be more than happy to have Paul Johnson. At least our offense would make sense. We would have system with identity and answers.

Gattis’ garbage was just a grab bag of random plays and formations with zero rhyme and reason. Utter incompetence.

AiR rAiDz bOyZ have a point. Part what makes air raid successful is that it has a base identity with answers and checks. It’s a lot like triple option in that sense.

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

That ************ blew TWO interviews at UM with his arrogance and ****iness. I'm not sure why you think a 50 year old man is suddenly going to act humble and professional, but if you want to believe in unicorns and rainbows, that's up to you.

And I'm not trying to bust your chops, you are free to respect the man's playcalling and whatnot. He's just not going to fit into anyone's coaching staff in a subservient role unless it was Saban. Saban has enough power and security to put up with (and control) toxic pricks like Kiffin and Mullen because they know how to call plays.
Just rewatch Saban give Kiffin an ***-chewing on the sideline late in some meaningless game up 40+…

It will never be Mullen.

He may be a fine playcaller, but I'm not sure why people can acknowledge that "coaching chemistry" was a major problem this year, and then advocate for a coach who would be an egotistical and problematic addition to a coaching staff, particularly in a lesser role when he envisions himself as a head coach.

And save the "but he would only be here for a year, he'd kill it and then move on" nonsense.
Have to disagree, i think he'd be an amazing hire. I can handle some ******* if you're amazing at your job, we have ******** who are also completely incompetent. Obviously, you'd want an amazing coach who is also a good person but there aren't many of those. If i could choose Mullen or wait and see who Mario picks, I pick Mullen every single time

And when you get paid 80 million to make the hires, then you can pick Mullen.

But nobody at Miami currently is going to do so.

I only pop into this thread occasionally, but I feel like I'm being gaslit "Trust me, bro, he's definitely gone. Don't know what the hold up is, but he won't be here next year".

That's not a shot at anyone, before you get your knickers in a twist, but man this process is weird.

Everything is fine. Miami feels good about this but it’s very weird and you wouldn’t really understand because you’re not as smart as other people so stop talking about but please keep talking about it because clicks are good, but just stop worrying about it, but not really…. And it’s the transcripts and it’s TRob and it’s DVDs job, but Miami feels the loafer fits just relax….

Almost the same conversation. Different thread. No information.

But in this one I actually can’t see Gattis being back…but I don’t trust Mario’s process at all because it failed last year epically.

Cautiously optimistic we won’t be a flaming pile of **** at some point…

Yeah but thankfully we don’t play any games in January. Staff will be working there for the next 8 months.
The 8 months aren't going to do a **** bit of good if he stays the course and brings in someone else to run Neanderthal Ball. Now if he comes to his senses and changes things up that story could certainly be different
