This. We had some pretty good WRs, TEs and pass catching RBs, which is what he leaned on heavily. I think Lashlee had good enough awareness to not run Rooster between the tackles all that much. He gave Cam some more power looks with limited success. He still could have been more creative on the ground but no OC is perfect, especially on CIS. I still think Lashlee was very good. The Coach FIU Fired and the Broyles Award Winner never got the memo at all and slammed everything we showed on film in reverse.

I don't think this is true. People generally liked Lashlee. The primary criticism was that we struggled to run the ball at times but he was viewed much more favorably than Enos or Richt as an OC/play caller.

Nah... As one of the few Lashlee defenders on the board, he was without question hated by the majority of the board.

A lot of people bemoaned that entire offseason about how we couldn’t convert short yardage & thus needed to shift the focus offensively to being more of a Power attack upfront... and then the 22 season happened.

But there’s no question that Lash towards the end of his run was severely hated on here, illogically so might I add.

You're 1000% correct, Lashlee was a universal bum on this board for about 90% of his tenure here. Very few of us were saying he was a good coordinator, which he absolutely is.
