So it’s not development then it’s recruiting?
I’ve talked about this for years.
Nobody developed AR.
These coaches are taking advantage of some dumb *** narrative while being at elite p5 programs that recruit the top 5% athletes.

Too many people in here swear by certain coaches like trob, Raymond, and hartline as if the nfl only has receivers or db’s that were coached by them.

Bunch of top rated nfl skill position players that were either high school freaks or dudes that went to non top p5 programs and were just plain under the radar or willed themselves into being great.

You other have talent or you don’t.
You either have work ethic and discipline or you don’t.
And some times work can cover whatever short comings you have.
And elite talent has been selling cars and driving trucks all over the country instead of playing in the nfl. And the vets know this cause they’ve seen elite players just wash out in college.

We kept getting sht for pope from so many people in here and that dude couldn’t even stay on an HBCU squad.

X is a worker and has seen first hand the crappy attitude that permeated this team.

cribby basically said he was told there would be changes. every insider has said the same. were all now just waiting. the deadlines given are just made up BS to me to excuse why nothing has happened.
 
Its Jan 9th, there is no point in further wait unless the new guy still has a game left.

Al Golden was at least looking out for his boy. I'm perplexed as to why Mario is hitching his wagon to Gattis.

Maybe Mario and his goons suspected a leak, put information out to a specific person(s), then monitor CIS to see when our @Cribby gave us the goods, and now @Cribby contact is in a basement somewhere, tied up, butt naked with a sock in his mouth.

When I was a hs coach, different level obviously, we used to say we want to make our average kids good, our good players great and the few we had who were elite/gifted already, try not to f them up.
