That's the wrong way to look at things.

Even if you're Saban, you reevaluate things all the time. You're never content with anything and always striving for more.

You also have to acknowledge the good. With that comes, how can we do better next time. 4th, that's great, give congrats all around, but try and see why you weren't 3rd or even higher. Who is pulling their weight and who isn't. Determine how all could do better.

Yes, Gattis cost us recruits. He isn't pulling his weight gameday or recruiting. I hope Mario does the right thing here.

He staying and Mario is either going to sink or sink with him lol. Even if he is fired it’s so late at this point. The New OC needed to be here already so he could give guys the playbook and give them time to learn it all. Coming in right before spring ball is such a fkin waste

Positional battle defeat vs. winning the war. Just bring the right guy in. Timing is overrated relative to quality. ... That said, we need some WRs.

lmao...February 9th actually but yea. You skipped a lot of next dates that the board will focus on. I was just about to post the timeline of dates the board will ride with:

January 9 - National Championship Game, last game of season. Riley becomes available.
January 13 - End of coaching conference orgy. Some coaches will be impressed by seeing Gattis in person.
January 15 - Cormani signs imaginary papers. Once Cormani signs, we can let go of Gattis bc he was integral to the recruitment
February 1 - National Signing Day. Gattis might be recruiting some more walk on Qbs so cant let him go before then.
February 9 - He was hire on this date 1 year ago.
February 14 - Valentines day

What signs? Lmfaoo. How about the fact that Gattis is still tweeting away canes propaganda this week. Or how about the fact Ponces house went up for sale **** near before the final whistle vs Pitt, and Gattis house still isn’t for sale, in a market where he should be selling asap if he’s leaving. Oh and Mario liking tweets from Gattis but not Ponce? I’d say there’s a few red flags.
