Me of all people doesn’t want to bash Mario but this is his second time doing this and it’s unacceptable. He has to eat this one , there’s no defending it. He’s the head coach and has a rep for a reason. I’m personally over it but I won’t defend stupid behavior. On to Unc.

I never said that you made that statement... Myself I said previously that regardless of anything it's all on him. Can't defend that. The one thing I said is something I know for fact can't be disabled and that's cause video came out as well & that's (far too late & in the moment) his statement about a knee. He should've made that call and made it crystal clear as soon as they used the last time out. His issue (and it's not an excuse at all, it's actually to his detriment ) is that he pulling himself every direction and he's checked out of the game by that point. His attention was already in damage mode to how do I circle this back with recruits. Not an excuse. It's a blatant **** up. Far too many ways we could've killed that clock beyond running those last two plays. I'll send you a screen shot of a convo I had and you'll see my take. Just wanna leave it off here.

Nah I don't think we're saying opposite things. I'm simply clarifying that very last play. But as @Cribby pointed out, Mario had reiterated a desire to keep running the ball all the way up until that moment. He waited(in the heat of the moment) all the way up until the last second to clarify what we should've been doing all along. It's simple semantics.

I'm just coming from a Dr Phillips football game so I'm just seeing this but yes.. the **** is over...we can't reverse the decision...we know it was stupid and yes we were screwed. Let's move the fluck on and cheer these guys to victory on a neutral field and beat the **** out of North Carolina
I was as mad as anyone but if the fumble doesn't happen and we win people are still gonna complain about the offense although we put up 450 offensively while playing like absolute dogshyt. If people don't like Mario and hate his guts fine....fine. In past years kids would have been laughing but they give a damm and deserve our support no matter what happened. I'm about the 85 in the locker room

no one actually dislikes Mario as a person. he cares. the biggest issue is that his biggest flaw came to life that so many people kept denying exists.

I will unprotect Mario pause if he ain’t bringing in studs, I always been a simple man. Just bring real studs not the pretend kind and I’m good. If he doesn’t than I will no longer be his child and will go full mope city.

He doesn’t need our protection we not fighting him or hunting him down lol. He’s a grown man and people want to troll cause they like reactions. I’m already used to the kneel joke and anything we say won’t change Saturday. Some people jump off the HC bandwagon faster than others.

Took till Louisville for me to give up on Al. Took me year 3 to give up on Shannon. Year 1 for Mark (although he’s a good dude and did a lot). And 1 day for Manny. So everyone’s different some won’t believe in what he’s doing. So far I do and would be shocked he doesn’t turn this program around. And turning it around I mean perennial hunt for the acc title yearly/top 10 annually.

I’m good with that cause you in the hunt like UGA was for awhile under Kirby. Get me there and I’m cool with it. After these 20 years I’ll take that.

Mario is/was/and forever will be a BAD gameday coach with no clock management skills but I’m more concerned with whatever the **** dawson was smoking with that gameplan and those play calls.
Did Mario have his hand in the cookie jar? Shades of Gattis/Moorhead power spread. We have a million WR recruits there and we bored them to death. Yeah TVD sucked but Dawson did him no favors
