- Keep current recruiting class in tact?
- Keep Valentine?
- Fill out remaining spots with quality?
- Mend relations with ****ed off fans and alumni
- Keep the current team and get their buy in?
- Fix a broken defense?
- Address Def staff issue?

Lots of questions... I really believe addressing the Donofrio issue must happen or that cloud will remain...

The one thing he won't do is what he should do. Bringing in a new DC changes people's thoughts about this offseason. Is anyone really looking forward to seeing this defense for a 4th straight year? I don't think they're capable of implementing a good defense. Bring in a guy and let him run the defense he wants. Stay out of it. Don't hire a stooge.

By reaching new weight limits and counting down the days till it is completely over. This was the final nail in the coffin for this program so enjoy remembering the good times.

He put himself on the hot seat.

If he had gotten rid of Dorito, a lot of the venom would have subsided. But nope, he wants to go down with his best friend.

He moves forward, by understanding. That this could be his last season as a HC. He is the HC at Miami, and he better make the best of it.

Whether we like it or not, he is signed thru 2020. He aint getting fired, its that simple. So there is no point in getting your hopes up. Him being forced to fire Dorito is much more realistic.

This is a pro Penn State article but shows how close they came to hiring Al... http://pennstate.scout.com/2/1364879.html This changes things - He LIED. He really was in play until this past Wed or Thurs.. How do you trust this guy and accept him my school? So much for his BS about "Its the U".

I'm now not sure this is fixable...

Al just needs to be honest about what happened. He interviewed, was led to believe he would be offered and then was dumped on prom night for Franklin aka gang bang Frankie. He should be ****ed even more so then us. I just don't understand why he continues to play us for fools.

I've been a cane since birh. He's been here for 3 years.....yes, you do have an obligation to explain yourself. There has to be closure.

Read it again, especially this part: "But I'd also like to take this occasion to revisit the fast and furious coaching search, and let you know how I believe things went down."

The author is guessing and admits it. Calm down.

I am pretty sure he was already told he needed to make some changes to his staff. That usually happens when you see a unit get it's **** pushed in for 3 straight years. Seems he decided not to go the scapegoating route, and is putting the full burden upon himself. You guys act like Miami is sitting on a mattress in their living room, rolling up pennies. Trying to figure out if they can get a loaf a bread. If a move is needed to be made. I think they can get enough rolled up to cover it.
