He’s not getting fired is he?
You are rightfully entitles to your opinion sir.
Flores had worked as a position coach for some of the greatest defensive minds on the planet in BB and Tomlin. Fitzgerald is a B1G, bro ball, conservative minded HC that would be trying to run a defense for the first time in his life under a clueless X & O’s and gameday HC. Do you really think that is what we need? Or something worth taking a chance on?
He was in court back in April of this year. It's already been 8 months. I doubt it will be resolved in the next 1-2 if it's come this far already.Unless he settles and takes less money for some type of exoneration from the school.
Oh believe me. I'm not happy with that at all. I'm saying for Radakovich to not ask him to resign or planes with banners to not be flying, he needs 8.He needs to win 8 games? So after 4 years, we should be happy with a ONE win improvement vs how manny left the program? Nope,
What did he do exactly some “hazing” who cares man up. The thing that happened in locker rooms like that was always in good fun unless ur Sayerville NJ they did some **** ****Fitzgerald's court date isn't until April of 2025. So if that's the name (it was the first name i thought of as well), his legal matters will not be resolved by the time a new DC is needed to be in place.
Hearing is set for April 2025 as the judge declined to move it up to December 2024.He was in court back in April of this year. It's already been 8 months. I doubt it will be resolved in the next 1-2 if it's come this far already.
Would Mario actually listen to him though? That's the question. He's arrogant and stubborn and doesn't seem to listen to others. The more I think about the HC we’ve all talked about, even though he hasn’t been a DC before, he’s one of the best pure “Head Coaches” in college football before his issue. Might be good to have with Mario and re-evaluate some of the offseason, off field, and general management type stuff.
What if Guidry D requires borderline HoF safety play and super smart players to implement it. He had Kam and Jwill with LT in the middle. We all thought Kam regressed. Our better players looked like *** in the defense but somehow hit the league and ball. Maybe Guidry was underachieving with better players than we know in 2023. In 2024 Kiko regressed, Bain is either hurt or regressing. Name me a player who has developed into a better version of themselves under this defensive staff.Seems like there's something deeper going on with Guidry.
Our defense was buttoned up last year. They overachieved.
This year has been a three-ring circus ever since conference play started.
you have no idea what you are talking about.Would Mario actually listen to him though? That's the question. He's arrogant and stubborn and doesn't seem to listen to others.
Did he listen to Alonzo Highsmith....the GM of the football team with over a decade of experience in personnel and scouting?you have no idea what you are talking about.
Guarantee u they ain’t looking at measurables . How u look at measurables and still unathletic? It’s a Miami/Mario problem
Nicholson and Louisville pumped out good LB after good LB. Their backup came to Miami and played more in 1 year than he played cumulative at Louisville.
Chevis brought 2 NFL corners to Kansas and had both playing at a high level at a young age. The Marshall secondary was one of the best graded secondaries ever at the G5 level.
Guidry has had well coached and good safety play everywhere he’s ever been. See above about Marshall. Multiple NFL players in a G5 secondary. Multiple others that went to top 25 programs.
My guess is too much time looking at measurables and taking projections to the bank instead of IQ and production. We’re stupid on the field in ways that should never have to be coached at the college level. And we’re slow. We might be slow because we’re stupid but either way, both is a terrible combination. I see smart defenses that are slow do just fine. Never seen a fast defense that was stupid be effective. See Miami, LSU, Louisville, etc
Measurables meaning Jadais Richard, Dyoni Hill, etc. being 6’2 but can’t play corner.Guarantee u they ain’t looking at measurables . How u look at measurables and still unathletic?
