A few threads now on the Penn St board. They are starting to come back around to Corch Al.

They are. They're still tossing his name around. Munchak and Franklin are being considered for NFL jobs.

Not sure why Franklin would take that job to be honest. He's on the path to a huge NCAA or NFL job.

He's a PA guy and honestly, this is the biggest job out there in the NCAA. He ain't getting Texas so what other big time job is there? I'm sure PSU is a program he idolized growing up. It's a slam dunk hire for PSU.

I don't know if Franklin takes the job because I think he has his sights set on the NFL and Penn State is looking for a long term guy that won't bolt after 2 years. Other than Golden, all of the other candidates will jump to the NFL if given the chance. I think the search goes in circles for the rest of the week and then they hire Golden.
