Golden still in play at PSU!

@ByTimReynolds: NBC station in Philadelphia, citing multiple sources on its 6pm and 11pm broadcasts tonight, said Al Golden remains in mix at Penn State.

AG is waiting for the EE kids to get here and then he will split during the dead period. One can wish right?

That's the thing. If Golden leaves, why does anyone think that our dumb *** administration would hire a competent coach? Simply put, we are cheap as **** and that alone will keep us from getting an established coach. This whole situation is really ****ing me off. Forget the other variables involved, I want golden to come out and say that he is 100% committed to us and specifically will not be pursuing the penn state job any further.

Again that's just our our own piece of mind as well as our recruits and current players, that has nothing to do with wanting him to stay at this point. That's a whole other animal. But I don't think we would hire a better coach honestly based on current history and the amount of money (or lack there of) our cheap *** school is willing to pay. Eveni though we have ridiculous tuition rates. What a joke.

No way Golden commits professional suicide by taking it now. It would about ruin him and his credibility everywhere. Would make Satan look like a saint compared to his statements since.

What? Todd Graham is doing fine at Arizona State. People have short memories. Specifically if you're not the one getting screwed. Unfortunately for Golden he isn't the coach Todd Graham is.

does anyone see the irony in one fan base wanting someone so bad, they hang onto strings and the opposite fanbase wants to ditch him like the plague.

Interesting situation for sure.

anyone checked Golden's brother's twitter account to see if he deleted all the recently added PSU contacts. That should be the best source to see if this is still alive....
