Against a **** team, I know, I get it.

The Defense scored 14 and set 14 more up. In spite of that Coach D needs to go...we know. Dead Horse. If we put it to a vote his dismissal would be universal.

We should get so lucky that Al does the right thing and sends Nachos packing but Al is probably sitting there and saying
I'm not firing my boy because Gaines runs a 5.2 40 and cant catch anyone.

Jimmy Gaines, AJ Highsmith, KC Rogers. Those 3 alone are WOAT at UM in their respective positions. The fact that they are even in the game illustrates how bad our talent is or how incredibly blind our coaches are.

Coaches are definitely culpable, but the players have a huge hand in this massacre.

No. People that watch that game today and say "we won by 19!" are pieces of work.

If you're happy about what you saw today, you are out of your mind.

Why dont you talk about how the offense went 3 and out 7 times. Or the fact they had 12 first downs. They had the ball 16 times and ran 42 plays, 2.63 plays per possession. They had 20 minutes of TOP. Or the fact they did nothing against the 103rd ranked defense. All of that is excused because we gave up 463 yards and everyone wants to fire D.

The **** does that mean? I just said I'm not happy with any of it. Didn't realize I had to qualify that by talking about our offense?

Offense stinks. Defense stinks. Whole ******* thing stinks. We are better than this, and the fans aren't ******** because after 10 ******* years, they demand better.

DT misses over the past 4 years have killed our defense.

We have guys on D who either suck or their just really young. As long as we finish strong in recruiting along the D line and our guys continue to gain experience, we should be improved next year. (And then half of our front runner, bandwagon fans will crown Al as the second coming of Christ)

I dont think we are really that far apart in how we think. I've been pretty laid back about this whole thing for a while, but today was a bit of a breaking point for me, so I suppose I should put that out there.

Golden has done a beast of a job recruiting and I've said many times that the 2014 class might be the deepest I have ever seen here. No doubt there's talent issues everywhere, but I still don't think it's enough to justify what we have been doing against teams like UVA.

I think there's a middle ground between freaking out, and blindly hoping things will change but for now there's an awful lot of uncertainty IMO.

This is coach D 3rd year and hardly any progress unless you count Savannah st and Fau in your analysis. Ellis Johnson at Auburn is in his first year and doing some work. They were 3-9 last year with relatively very little talent on D. They are 10-1 now with a very improved D!!! he is working with mild LB talent and many underclassmen. They are coaching and making Progress. Coach D is a disgrace and letting every team play techmo bowl vs our D!!!

I hear ya man, my breaking point was last week when our d line of scrimmage was getting their sh$t pushed in for 4 yards every play by dukie.

I want Dorito gone. I just dont see it happening because of the relationship. All i am saying is with this jag filled team i am going to not look a gift horse in the mouth and find what little solace i can with a win for the seniors. We also by some small miracle improved the win loss record with some real YOUNG bright spots on both sides of the ball with a sick class coming in.

I only have to watch Stephen Morris for 2 more games so i also got that going for me!

6 forced punts by the defense and (7) 3 & outs by our offense. But 90 plays is a stupid comment because we didnt stop them 10 different times.

If the coaches can't get highly touted guys like McCord to make plays or Kirby to beat out Jimmy Gaines wtf makes you think they are going to do anything with this recruiting class??

Them not being able to maximize a guy like McCord is a coaching failure and a coaching brain freeze. DT misses the last 4 years includes 3 years of failure by THIS staff

This is simply untrue. Auburn is ranked behind Miami in total defense. In addition, the claim that Auburn has very little talent on defense is not true. The defense has many 4 and 5 "star" players, as ranked on one of the major recruiting services, such as Montravious Adams, Carl Lawson, Gabe Wright, Robinson Therezie, etc... Linebacker is their weak spot but they have plenty of talent. Chizik's problem was not recruiting, it was coaching and coaching hires he made.
