Gaturd delusion = believing that attitudes of posters on a message board will somehow impact the wins/losses in actual reality. I will be tickled if they extend him for a 7 win season, but that thought has jack-**** zero impact on the mechanics of the universe.

Having said that, it seems that a certain inevitable harsh reality is finally sinking in to a number of lizard brains.

It's very simple.

They can look at the prior year recruiting rankings and admit "yeah, Miami is talented". So that's the first clause.

Then, the "overrated" bit. This is like when you turn on the TV and see a team that you know nothing about, and you just think "they aren't as good as people claim they are". The Gator fans know nothing about UM, so TO THEM, we are "overrated". That's the second clause.

Finally, they fall in looooove with their own players. TO THEM, their own players are awesome, so by default, they MUST be underrated.

It's just bizarre.

So OF COURSE they can beat us...

I've seen them claim this for quite some time, that Billy is especially good with recruiting and culture. Going into year 3, what is it that's convincing them of that?

Here are Florida's last 15 recruiting classes, including the current one:

11, 3, 3, 9, 21, 12, 11, 14, 9, 9, 12, 17, 13, 13, 58

What exactly are they so satisfied with?

As for culture, it's harder to evaluate from outside, but what tangible evidence do they have that he's so good? That he worked with Saban and talks about it a lot?
