I am, hes not the only one, his OC said he acts like hes 30 and his ultra conservative HC said he has ZERO reservations playing him at Louisville

And Duke Johnson said that Heaps can read the defense better and Kaaya has trouble with it. So what is your point?

Great examples. Cause none of those coaches started the true freshman. Stoops started a redshirt and Butch started Dorsey halfway through the year after the starter was injured. And Dorsey was terrible in losses in his first couple games on the road. VT-99 and UW-2000.

You can keep throwing out examples, it still doesnt change the fact that its not the norm. Its not as clear cut as your making it seem

It also isnt the norm to have a ****** QB who couldnt start at 2 ****** schools come in 2 months before the season opener to be a starting QB at the University of Miami..It is simply amazing you guys really want Heaps to start here. HE should be an emergency QB nothing more nothing less.... If he starts im 100% done with Golden

And you know for a FACT at that point in time Winston was better than ej ? Cause from what I remember Winston was struggling in practice and why the **** would he sit EJ how are even comparing the heaps / kaaya situation to ej / Winston

Brad Kaaya is better than Jake Heaps. Right now. By a lot. He is more accurate, takes less sacks, throws half as many picks, has better movement in the pocket, has better movement outside the pocket, has more arm strength, can see over the line, and makes more throws.

If Brad Kaaya doesn't start, I will be surprised and quite frankly disturbed. This is not based on Vine videos or reporter tweets. That's all I will say about that.

Money D, is this a compliment to Kaaya or a backhand at Jake? If a little bit of both, which way more? Important that you explain.

Kaaya is the realest of deals and Heaps (while a worthwhile insurance plan) is what he is. This should be Russell Wilson and Matt Flynn.

I brought that up the other day. People are going to say he can run which makes it easier to start him. Blah blah blah. While they have a point, Kaaya would have all the tools around him to just go out and dish it around out there, move the chains and put up points.

Coaches get paid millions to prepare their players for games. Name a starter, spend extra time off the field getting him ready and roll with it.

Why am I bringing this up? Because it was brought up by others.
For the record. I would love for kaaya to come in and do his thing. I mean he can't be worse than jacory, who starting his freshmen yr did not help his future.

That's not the point. It doesn't make sense to say you want our freshman QB to learn - which will undoubtedly lead to losses - yet expect us to go undefeated.

At this point if a poster in this thread is right about scrimmage info,Kaaya has two pick 6s in just over a week in 11 on 11 stuff. The first one we all saw he walked back giving indications that he was confused about something. The one in the scrimmage the poster said he was confused as well. Yet there is no doubt he should start? What a load of crap. Let's see how he handles the pressure of being in a clear battle for the job with scrimmage #2 being the decider.
