Everyone who's played ball knows the situation... you go from one year to the next, players graduate. A good DC sees his deficiencies and adjusts to support what he has in his locker room.Im not so sure about the scheme point. Maybe at times. #7 bullied every single db yesterday lol. Just straight up out athletic'd and out physicaled the defense. Same with their oline vs our front 7.
He has to be fired, but our defense consists of a bunch of janes.
This guy has not adjusted one bit to support locker room. He thinks his boundary corners are Revis and Jalen Ramsey ffs. I mean drop 8 and crowd the ******* throwing lanes if thats the case. Its all about strength in numbers TBH.
Too slow to adjust, too much dependency on players over scheme. We all have played teams which have undersized or underskilled players, but a good coach can put them in a place to succeed. I don't even think this is some wild concept either.
