Fire the entire defensive staff tonight..

Im not so sure about the scheme point. Maybe at times. #7 bullied every single db yesterday lol. Just straight up out athletic'd and out physicaled the defense. Same with their oline vs our front 7.

He has to be fired, but our defense consists of a bunch of janes.
Everyone who's played ball knows the situation... you go from one year to the next, players graduate. A good DC sees his deficiencies and adjusts to support what he has in his locker room.

This guy has not adjusted one bit to support locker room. He thinks his boundary corners are Revis and Jalen Ramsey ffs. I mean drop 8 and crowd the ******* throwing lanes if thats the case. Its all about strength in numbers TBH.

Too slow to adjust, too much dependency on players over scheme. We all have played teams which have undersized or underskilled players, but a good coach can put them in a place to succeed. I don't even think this is some wild concept either.

Agree💯. If someone thinks coaching doesn’t matter, look at our SMU castoffs on both sides of ball. Harvey, Roberts and Harrison Hunte all are playing lights out, and Brashard probably best rb in conference.

Even Kam last year looked lost, and there is simply a lack of quality teaching taking place. This is about player development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses pre and mid season. I mean would anyone run a 5 out nba offense if they had 3 non shooters? If you are a man to man guy and have slow safeties and poor cover db’s you either blitz the crap out of teams or change your approach. Many things can be true at same time, bad coaching and non skilled players often make a bad recipe

@Coach Macho @Memnon which currently unemployed name brand coaches could be hired as analysts to come install a simple Cover 3 match before the offs?
