Not the slightest chance he survives. I’m the most pessimistic person on this site, partially as a a schtick and partially in reality, and I wasn’t even sure he’d fire Gattis 2 years ago. I’ve never been more certain anyone would be fired. There’s not a possible way to spin the results of the last 7 games of the season and comments made by Fran Brown in his presser.

Comes down to whether he wants to move onto DC 3 in 4 years or not.

I think he does. But it’s going to be hard to keep firing assistants and coordinators after 1-2 years and getting new ones (good ones) that want to come into that cycle.

The cycles that matter is recruiting. Keep recruiting top 10 talent and you should be able to draw top 10 assistants.

Worst defense I’ve seen in a long time. This defense made me long for D’Onfrio. They had zero answers. I can’t imagine we did not have LBs or Safeties that appear able to play D1 football. It was putrid.

TBH,,, Salave’a needs to go and you could argue Jason Taylor too. Clint Hurtt is back on the market without a DC title in the NFL. That was Mario’s first choice when hired and makes a ton of sense. Fix DL and DC at the same time
