I disagree. It will play itself out, and I may be wrong. I never said I was 100% right or you guys are 100% wrong. As per usual, it will likely fall somewhere in between: this likely won't be a footnote on the news and will be talked about for a bit by ESPN and other media outlets. And it also may not affect us as badly as I believe that it will.

As I said...if I'm 100% wrong and this just magically goes away as you say and is just a footnote to the day's news cycle...then reps all around to those who called me out.

This states that the two admitted to buying drinks and having *** with her. Most likely the girl said she would be pressing charges and they turned themselves in.

Now, it will come down if she was helpless, as she was not a minor and age of consent is 17.

They may have self incriminated their selves depending on how much they said, but there could be a trial and they found not guilty if the girl were to say she knew what was going on.

There is a reason we have due process and innocent until proven guilty.

These boys may be guilty, but the judge decides that, not you or anyone on twitter.

I'm not sure if it will really have a negative affect recruiting. Unless of course, the recruits were interested in coming to Miami to rape girls. But in that case, I'm pretty sure FSU would be their preferred destination anyways. If anything, I think it may end up being a positive for both recruits and parents in showing that Miami does not tolerate bullsh!t like this.
