Mendoza has running ability, but it's not a part of his game.

He would have to be coached to run the ball or Dawson would have to call plays specifically for him to do so.

That said, we can still have an explosive af offense with him.

he shouldn't. he needs to go pro. RB's have a short shelf life.
I agree that running backs have a short career span, so it makes sense to jump to the NFL and start earning as soon as possible. However, with NIL deals now in play, staying for his senior year could allow him to make similar or even more money than he might as a late-round draft pick.

All expenses paid including college tuition, maybe even a Masters degree
