That's fair.

I just think that Guidry did a LOT better job of disguising our weaknesses last year than Austin "Multiple in the front and multiple in the back" Armstrong did for Florida.

D$ is as sauced up as anyone you’ll find these days and by a good margin. I’ll just run out occasionally flipping plates on my nose like an nba halftime show.

He may have been unencumbered, but my best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Dyoni pass out at practice from the heat.

Hill hates the weather in Miami and will transfer back to Marshall because of the cooler temperatures, just as soon as the NCAA allows for unlimited transfers.

I’m confident, and I think we’re better, but the “profoundly more talented” talk goes too far IMO. That’s the kind of chatter that consistently leads to our long list of Greentree All-Americans and unrealistic expectations .

Even if you believe the second part (adv at pretty much every position), which could be true and hope it is, it’s a totally different thing to have an edge at certain positions over a team—mind you, one that most on here think is kinda ******—versus having a profound talent advantage. That’s pretty aggressive.

You’re not the only one talking like this, so this isn’t just directed at you. And there are others who have a more measured take, of course. Just throwing it out there so we don’t have people calling for heads or being sorely disappointed if we beat an underwhelming gator squad by four points or something. I take that every day and twice on Saturdays.
