Dyoni Hill is not hurt (we surmise... because injury news is not reported)

The emergence of OJ and Hill as legit CB options is huge. Once Brown is back we’re finally looking stout there.

Mario glowed about Robby’s potential in his presser today too. So you know he’s going to continue to put Robby and Stafford out there to get them game experience. Best part of being a winning team again is the bench gets a lot of reps, too.

Everyone but Porter coming back. We’re finally going to be both deep and dangerous in 2025 and beyond at CB.

Mario singling out Robert Stafford was nice to hear as well. Big fan of that kid

Downhill momentum on the good team getting younger/bench guys live reps. How the good get better (quickly).

no he's not
Taller/longer and more experienced is easy to prove.

I've also seen his testing numbers compared to theirs where he is faster in both short area, 40, and top speed on the GPS. He's coming off a hamstring injury at the moment so there's still more there.

Edit: I lied. Checked again and he's not faster short area than Stafford. Better top end speed. The rest is true.

I got bored this evening and watched the final drive back for FAMU (the one where Washington lined up as a NB for it's entirety).

He looks and runs like a CB, but he didn't back pedal at all (stood like 10 yards off the WR at all times). I wouldn't expect anything from him this year.

117th out of 250 ranked CB in the transfer portal

Not sure if 247 nailed their ranking or not, might of been ranked too high

Awful pickup. You have some on this thread bragging about his speed and we saw 6-6 TEs pull away from him a few times.Stafford is also supposed to be a speedster but we saw him have the angle against Claiborne on the KO return and Claiborne just blew by him.

To be fair Dyoni tore his hamstring when he got here and didn’t have a camp.

I think he’s better than we’ve seen. I don’t expect an all conference corner but I do think he can play here.
