I understand this, but my point isn’t only with nil stuff im talking about everything. Like bro we just recently got an ipf, we are in the process of building a football facility now and more upgrades in other places. Mario and other people have said he had to put stuff in his contract to guarantee that there would be a full by in.

Rudy fernandez was on a podcast after mario and rad were hired and said at the beginning of the process he wrote down mario and rad lol thats literally the same way of thinking the past 20 years m(besides cmr) but this time we have money and thankfully a coach who’s actually proven. People have said mario and the higher up was talking during the season before he came lol, im just saying there should have been a full search and im someone who wanted mario over the other names that got mentioned
I respect that and hear you. But the reality is, we were not getting the big money backing without Mario and we don’t have the state to just build us facilities, nor do we have 10,000 new alumni each year to crowdsource from. So that should be part of everyone’s pros and cons when talking about Mario vs the field.

I'm curious how this isn't viewed as a form of attack when people flat out state they are baiting people? Speak ur piece and move on. If you're not fighting ur own fights than don't provoke them either.
He's a self-admitted troll given carte blanche to **** in every thread.

Not sure if you're the one I responded to earlier about taking the program serious. One statement & one question. It seems to me you're bringing up one thing that supports the idea we're serious about the program now & then you INSTANTLY debunk that with the next part. Question is was that intentional? No clue on rest of the conversation. The statement part of this is Rudy Fernandez is lying. Rad was a third option but one of our first interviews. He simply tries to make it seem like we got EXACTLY what we wanted. Secondly when it relates to Mario. He was set to be hired when dip **** swooped in & hired Mandy. Wasn't much of a search that went into it. My eyes we're far better off that he spent more time at Oregon. That experience I personally think was critical to our future. Also when Mandy was fired, yes our plan all along had been Mario. BUT we did have another interview with someone who reached out to us. That was Robert Saleh. He was intrigued and so were we. I know a concern was raised but honestly I have no clue what that was. Myself I hate the jets BUT I LOVE SALEH as a coach. I would've been happy either way. Mario knowing the local climate I think ultimately will go a long way for us. Our key NOW is we need to SEE that Mario isn't gonna micro manage Dawson. From what I've seen so far it doesn't seem that's gonna be an issue. But we won't really know till it all matters and the game is being played. Practice is one thing and live action is another.

Everyone of our insiders/reporters has been off this cycle because our staff has been off this cycle. A couple of the smart ones have stayed quiet because they could sense something was off. Last year was the opposite, we came out of left field on a couple of big recruits when no one thought we were threats. This gave us a false confidence this year.
@Cribby has been pretty darn good

Does Zo give input on mario trusting his hires and letting them coach/call plays unless they give him a reason not to? Or is zo just giving input on recruits and player evals?

Zo is very hand on with everything. Evals is his cup of tea. Once in program he takes on a mentorship role. Even with the coaches. ALOT of respect around the program for Zo.
