Not writing off Mario completely. However, this whole "win and he's here" thing was always an excuse. Any recruit that says that usually isn't serious and expects us not to win to make the excuse appear to have merit to it.

This has been over for a while. LSU been paying him since he committed. Move on

LSU & several other schools didn't just start paying him. He's been getting paid by multiple schools since his junior year. That's not what ends a recruitment.

Miami has never been in this position (season success) with the coach(elite recruiter) to close battles like this so recent recruiting battles of this profile that we lost is largely irrelevant because we haven’t had all of these factors going for us at the same time in a recruitment like this. Let’s just see what happens but people gotta stop looking at nostalgic recruitment moments and how they turned out because this is an entirely different situation as of 11-2024

Here's the thing though which is crazy to say but Corey Raymond is not good anymore and LSU secondary has shown it for some years now so if this is to get recruits fine just be clear of his on field results

i think this year has a much better qb and db class than 26, wr is probably slightly better. Oline and dline i think 26 is better. Only time will tell tho

I wouldn't say bad.but very average is fair. Just like t-rob. Hence why cis wants Mario to hire him. Apparently we should have a DB room staff made up of t-rob,Raymond,DVD & the bartender. We'd have a room full of 5 star flops.

Facts. If you truly want to be somewhere, you can always justify the reason no matter what’s happening at the school.

School is doing poorly? I want to come there and bring it back to prominence.

School is doing great? I want to come there and continue the standard these other guys that are now in the league set.
