Miami's D gonna be as Nasty As They Wanna Be
he wants a HC on defense. Mushcamp I think his time might have passed. all I know is it won't be hard to be more liked than GuidryMiami has talked to him before since Mario has been here. Mario wants a home run . Big name , sure thing DC. Not saying it’s him but he fits the description lol. We need an adult in the room badly.

I would kick the tires on old Ed Orgeron as well...he's always in Miami...only has one year left on old LSU buyout so $ shouldn't be an issue. Would be nasty! But Mario tends to not like previous head coaches with any success at all because he doesn't want to be looking over his shoulder so that probably rules Orgeron out.Up and Comers

DL coach ? Sure . Play caller ? Nah.I would kick the tires on old Ed Orgeron as well...he's always in Miami...only has one year left on old LSU buyout so $ shouldn't be an issue. Would be nasty! Never is a strong word lol. Not anytime soon would be better. CFB is a scummy *** world.Mel Tucker? Mel Tucker will never coach college football again.
I hear ya brother but when you're accused of sexually harassing a sexual abuse victim and advocate......never isn't a strong word at all lol.Never is a strong word lol. Not anytime soon would be better. CFB is a scummy *** world.

He’s not good at it.When Mario was at Oregon he had multiple coaches go on to bigger and better roles.
While at Miami he’s had two gigantic flops in Gattis and Guidry.
Any insight as to why his hiring here has missed so badly?
he was at fiu and OregonHe’s not good at it.
He’s currently 1-3 on hires and all three were epic failures. For a guy that takes six months to hire somebody he misses a lot. Let’s just keep it a buckhe was at fiu and Oregon
steele just didnt want to be here at his age. maybe thats epic but not like guidry or gattis. He’s currently 1-3 on hires and all three were epic failures. For somebody that takes six months to hire somebody he misses a lot. Let’s just keep it a buck
Needlessly, mind you. That's what happens when your head coach is a head corch.I don’t know any name but I know that this will be an extenuating process and will likely drag out more than it should.
My thought is he just doesn’t have a large coaching tree to select from. Besides the fact he seems to have a rep for being difficult to work for.he was at fiu and Oregon
DL coach ? Sure . Play caller ? Nah.
Mario is a polarizing character in the CFB world. There’s no middle ground with him, just like CIS.My thought is he just doesn’t have a large coaching tree to select from. Besides the fact he seems to have a rep for being difficult to work for.
Well the thousand hours of interviewing should’ve hinted to Mario maybe this guy is burnt or doesn’t want to be here. Imo Mario stayed on him like Ward since he hadn’t hit on anyone else and talked him into taking the job. So to me that’s an epic failure.steele just didnt want to be here at his age. maybe thats epic but not like guidry or gattis.
