The ONLY thing that is going to get the Heat from the Donors and the Fan Base off Mario's back is a Jonron Hire from the NFL or something galactic like bringing Saban out of retirement to have him coach Defense here for 40 million dollars a year (I kid, of course). You have to do something Big Time to get a Real NFL name (plus his choice of Assistants) so the Recruits and Transfers would actually take a Pay Cut because they know that they would be trained to Play On Sunday.

It's that critical after the fiasco of Guidry being able to make adjustments with new kids.

Guidry will find a job somewhere, like Al Golden did, but this season really dented his reputation.

Man I have always dislike that excuse " difficult to work for". It's an excuse to paint someone you don't like in a negative way. No one says **** about the ultimate hardass nick saban. Our beloved Jimmy Johnson was even a hardass.

People use that excuse when they can't perform their jobs well. This a zero-sum game. Perform or get fired. They don't pay you large salaries because they like you. Either you can do the job or you can't. No shame if you can't move along for who can.

Tell young guys at my job all the time, you want make $250k year? That come with expectations. I call you 2 in the morning with an issue that needs an immediate fix. I expect you to get it resolved. I am not calling the engineer that makes $80k a year. You have the title and you make the big money. If that being difficult to work for, then we just a soft shouldered society.

If I'm Radakovich, I'm not allowing Mario to spend 5 million dollars on a coordinator. He has missed too many times in the last three years. His eff ups are costing the school money. The Columbus cartel must really love Cristoballs in their mouths.

I’ve seen the quote about needing an “adult in the room” several times. Obviously he sucked schematically, but can you elaborate what else was going on here? Did he start drinking again or something?

Almost 40 years of watching cfb football and I hadn't seen a Defense this confused as I saw this week or this season.
Wtf is Mario seeing? He is braindead or totally retarded to keep this man on the job all this time??

See this is what i am talking about. What makes Mario a "****" ? Any trait you give me, I point to another coach that CIS glaze and praises that does the same thing. Because we like that coach it's cool, right?

Secondly, by what metric is Mario not good his job? His has improved this team year in and year out. He has brought in pieces that allow Dawson to produce the # 1 offense. Here comes the counter argument, "it was Cam". Who convinced Cam Ward to come here? For the most part, whatever part of the team he has sought out to improve, he has done.

Look, there are plenty of things to critizes Mario on. You don't like his pacing. You don't like how he singularly focuses things. You don't like how long his interview process is.

Mario likes to take time and help the coaches land on their feet. Its about being a real one.
