He had 9.5 TFL last year.

His aggressiveness obviously doesn't mesh with our defensive gameplan. Its counterproductive.

Gilbert looks as slow as Green does out there. Looks like the foot injury really sapped him of some burst.

That being said, Gilbert is prob still learning the process and doesn't yet trust the process. Once he learns the process he will be able to trust the process.

If you are an aggressive, attacking defensive player, your *** will ride the pine.

Such an attitude has NO PLACE at Miami.

Other players have experienced the same, identical thing. Even Tracy early on got in a major row with D'Onofrio, because Tracy was playing aggressively, and D'Onofrio wanted him to give lots of cushion and play passive defense.

Are people in here sniffing glue, or just stuck on stupid? Gilbert had LESS TFLs in his "great" 2012 season at Wisky, than Shayon Green has this year, with a game still to go. So why the F*Ck would he be punished for playing "aggressively" or making TFLs? Why hasnt Shayon Green been punished for making more TFLs this season than Gilbert did in his "great" season at Wisky? If you are going to b*tch about sh*t, at least make sure it makes f*cking sense. This has gone into full ****** mode in here now.
