All the Mopes that caused Miami to lose
I thought Aldarius Johnson was going to set records.I thought Lance LeggetI and James Bryant would be Randy Moss and Jesse Armstead 2.0.
Kyle Wright has to be the biggest though
long list of others too. Robert Marve, Lingard, the entire Northwestern 2008 squad other than Spence..
Before I opened this thread, that's who immediately came to mind. Then, the QB after Brock Berlin whose name isn't coming to mind and I'm too busy to research, but some of your will remember that QB - #1 QB and #1 player in the country and he was the prototype of - built like Tarzan, played like Jane.Willie Williams
Kyle is right up there but I gave him a pass because he had 3 different OC's in the 3 years he was a starter (Werner 2005, Olson 2006, Nix 2007). The only coaching continuity he had was Werner (who was there in 2004) and then he led the ACC in TD passes in 2005. The OL and skill around him was subpar in 2006 and 2007 as well. So I can't put all of his failures on him; but he does deserve to be in the conversation.I knew he was gonna get stuck with this one. He doesn't deserve to be remembered this way purely from a football perspective. He would've been here with Butch instead of onion & he'd be remembered as one of the goats. Kyle is our greatest disappointment ever that I can think of.

I remember sitting next to his pops during the game and he was battling Twitter the entire time.Jarren Williams turning out to be a Crackhead was pretty disappointing as well.
After the FSU & LVille games it looked like we might've had something.
Then the FIU disaster happened...
That's it. All world bust. He tried, but it just didn't work out.Kyle Wright
Agree on all of that. I still think Kyle's biggest problem was probably his father. But besides that you the oc (Olson & nix in particular 2 of the worst ever)definitely did no justice. The fact we had **** receivers didn't help either. I mean besides Lance once Willie almost murdered him there was no more receivers capable of showing up.Kyle is right up there but I gave him a pass because he had 3 different OC's in the 3 years he was a starter (Werner 2005, Olson 2006, Nix 2007). His pops really is a good dude though. I still speak to him and his mother. They're good people they're just not built for this world.I remember sitting next to his pops during the game and he was battling Twitter the entire time.
