DAILY DEBATE: Who was your biggest disappointment in Miami history?

Willie Williams
I knew he was gonna get stuck with this one. He doesn't deserve to be remembered this way purely from a football perspective. He would've been here with Butch instead of onion & he'd be remembered as one of the goats. Kyle is our greatest disappointment ever that I can think of.

I thought Lance LeggetI and James Bryant would be Randy Moss and Jesse Armstead 2.0.

Kyle Wright has to be the biggest though
long list of others too. Robert Marve, Lingard, the entire Northwestern 2008 squad other than Spence..
I thought Aldarius Johnson was going to set records.

And now his son is a 3* at American Heritage

Before I opened this thread, that's who immediately came to mind. Then, the QB after Brock Berlin whose name isn't coming to mind and I'm too busy to research, but some of your will remember that QB - #1 QB and #1 player in the country and he was the prototype of - built like Tarzan, played like Jane.

Ohio State loss in the Fiasco Bowl (Terry Porter).

LSU loss on the walk-off HR (Warren Morris).

Pedo State loss in the Fiasco Bowl (Jerrry Sandusky).

Notre Dame loss on the 4th down botched ref call (Lou Holtz).

Alabama loss in the Sugar Bowl (George Teague).

Kyle is right up there but I gave him a pass because he had 3 different OC's in the 3 years he was a starter (Werner 2005, Olson 2006, Nix 2007). The only coaching continuity he had was Werner (who was there in 2004) and then he led the ACC in TD passes in 2005. The OL and skill around him was subpar in 2006 and 2007 as well. So I can't put all of his failures on him; but he does deserve to be in the conversation.
