DAILY DEBATE: Who is the most overrated team in the country?

Etienne we already know what he is. That's a depth piece not much of an addition in my eyes. I have questions about alot of the sec this year. I don't think bama will do well with Milroe in daboer system. I'm not impressed by ole miss and dart as good as he is, known to have brain farts. Tenn is stacking the deck but I don't think the defense is where it needs to be in the sec and Nico is still a relatively unknown commodity to have clear expectations for him. Would not be surprised at all to see either missou (who I'm curious can sustain the success they built last year once teams have more film on them)or Texas win sec this year. I'd say Texas for sure if I thought they were built for that level of physicality. Cause that's all I'm willing to give both big 10 & sec is they're built for physical play. To me big 10 hands down is top to bottom the best conference out there. Will get even better inside of 2 years
Outside of Cam, I'm most excited to watch Nico at QB. When people talk about him, they sound really convinced he's going to be really good. I hope he is, for his sake and Tenn sake, and plus it makes CFB more fun. But the hype with him is near Arch Manning levels.

I definitely think Texas is built to win the SEC. They brought in Isiah Bond and Ryan Wingo has already gotten praise from Sark. C4 is back and now he doesn't have to share carries. I just need to see how their pass defense is. It was *** last year. How much better can it get? They do have Anthony Hill Jr (#0 on defense), reminds me so much of Micah Parsons.

As much as I hate those pedophiles I'm curious how Leonard will look over there. As of now I think he's nothing but a game manager. But who's the last Notre Dame QB who was anything more than that
From everything I’ve heard they have 4 guys that can play. Carr might be the best of the bunch.

I know Utah also calls itself the U but he didn't go to UHealth for the surgery. It's been 18 months.

Whitt will coach circles around that league. Utah plays two ranked teams and one is Arizona (new HC). They could be 11-1 IF he stays healthy
I will guarantee with 100% certainty that Utah will not go 11-1 this year.

I'll even bet whoever is willing to take it, $500 Cashapp or PayPal.

Michigan,FSU,Utah

I think all 3 will be solid but too high imo. I think the usual overrated like ND will benefit from an super easy schedule

Mich, FSU, okie state and Arizona all look too high to me.

I’d say Mich is the most overrated because (1) they are the highest ranked of the teams I identified and (2) they have the biggest gap to where they should be (15ish), aside from maybe Arizona (30ish, without looking at what’s in between).
Ok state and zona are both underrated and will be finish top 15 and probably battling eachother as well as Utah for a top 4 playoff seed in the playoff

LSU easily, they’re not nearly as talented this year as years past and I see 9 wins MAX on that schedule

Does…every school get better when we hire their coaches?

FSU being ranked that high is more a function of how people feel about the quality of the teams in the ACC.

They only gave 22.4 points per game last season. That’s basically the same as Miami.

Their Defense was fine, except for 2 games; UGA & LSU.
Oh ok. I just saw the games they lost & the points they gave up. I know they’re goin to be able to score with anyone

And when has anyone ever been honest ( at least assuming you mean the media) about those pedophiles from Indiana? Annually by far the most overrated team in all of college football never fails. maybe they finally will be good. But Lord knows even if they suck *** we're going to be told how great they are preseason.

Boy that's a **** of a stretch to take to say they won't go 11 and 1 so what if they go 10 and two their season should be viewed as a failure? I don't know what their schedule is and I do agree they will take a small step backwards this season but I hope you're not making it seem like they're not usually a pretty good team.

Michigan and FSU. The Wolverines sold their soul for the natty and reality is going to hit hard. They lost a lot of talent and Moore isn't in Harbaugh's stratosphere
